Eligibility: Standard bidders require ₹10 lakh EMD (Category-I minimum turnover ₹5 crore; Category-II ₹10 crore over 3 years). New entrepreneurs get a concessional ₹2 lakh EMD, while MSEs and DPIIT-registered startups are fully exempted.

This is one of CREDA’s largest single tenders in recent memory, reflecting the state’s continued push to bring reliable power to underserved rural and forested regions.
